We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied and would like a refund or would like to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We will then issue you a confirmation number for your return; we must then receive your return within 14 days after your confirmation number has been issued.

You are responsible for shipping costs and must use a service that offers a confirmation number. We ask that you provide us with this confirmation number by email or telephone. Items must be returned in original packaging and tags still attached to ensure a merchandise credit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items on sale, clearance, or identified as a "final sale" are not accepted for an exchange. Any items that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted.

We offer no price adjustments on previous purchases.

All merchandise exchanges/size exchanges are treated as new orders. Your account will be credited for the original purchase when we receive your return.

Orders shipped with free shipping will have our standard shipping charge subtracted from your purchase credit. Orders shipped with gifts and/or promotions will have the value of this gift/promotion deducted from your purchase credit.

We are unable to accept returns on items that tags have been removed, were damaged while worn, shrunk in the wash, or simply did not hold up well after being worn.
